Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We appreciate your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Homveera. Below are the terms and conditions related to our wholesale programme for gaming consoles, PC hardware, VR devices and accessories. Please read them before you place an order.

Who Can Apply

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must either:

  • Operate a physical retail store, with or without an online presence, or
  • Be an online-only business with an established audience or customer base.

Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or similar platforms is not permitted unless approved by Homveera in advance. Personal use of wholesale purchases is also not allowed.

Application & Approval

All wholesale applications are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to:

  • Decline applications that are not in line with our brand.
  • Cancel an approved order if we decide there is a violation of these terms.

Pricing

  • All wholesale prices are listed in GBP.
  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers intending to resell products either in-store or online.
  • No promotional or volume orders from general customers qualify for wholesale pricing.
  • For a quote or to discuss large-quantity discounts, please get in touch with us directly.

Invoicing & Payment Terms

  • Invoices are available upon request and issued in GBP.
  • All wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
  • We do not offer net terms at this time.

Fulfilment & Shipping

  • Once payment is received, orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days.
  • You will be notified of any delays in advance.
  • Tracking information is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
  • We currently deliver wholesale orders within the United Kingdom.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
  • Report any issues within 5 days of delivery.
  • Email us with your order number, clear photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns for Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale returns are reviewed case by case.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where required.
  • Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable method.
  • Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
